  • This Classy Guest Suite is the ideal place to stay when you are in Gilbert. It was uniquely designed with the Spiral Staircase. It is loaded with upgrades including 10 ft. Ceilings, 6" Baseboards and Decorative Crown Molding. 42" Cabinets in the Kitchen and Mud Room. Beautiful Granite Countertops in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Mud Room. We promise you will never find another floor plan like this one!
    The appliances are all newer- Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Toaster Oven, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. Precise detail in decorating to make the Guest Suite absolutely Stunning- it looks like a Luxurious Honeymoon Suite but well suited for 2 Couples or Families! You will feel like you found a bit of Paradise when sleeping in the downstairs Bedroom with the Pillowtop King Size Bed. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom King Size Bed is very comfortable too.

    The Great Room feels very spacious and inviting. Open French Doors to the outside Patio and large Swimming Pool. The Backyard is beautiful with Palm Trees around the Pool. Feel free to enjoy the Fruit on the Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange Trees.

    The 2nd Bedroom is upstairs. It is an extra large room and includes a Walk Out Balcony with Spectacular Views of the Swimming Pool and Breathtaking Sunsets.

    1. Bring your Slippers. Guests are to NOT wear shoes in the Guest Home. There is a Mud Room at the entry with a large bookshelf for shoes. You can place your shoes on or under the bookshelf. The Guest Home feels brand new.
    2. No pets.
    3. No smoking.
    4. Baby Wipes (wipes in general, paper towels and feminine products) must be thrown in the garbage and CANNOT be put down the toilet. They can cause major plumbing problems). Even if the product says it is safe to flush- it isn't.
    5. The Guest Suite and Pool are available to only those that are paying to use it. No Parties with friends or relatives. This is a highly desired neighborhood with a strict HOA.

Adorable little guest house with a private pool that felt like our own oasis. Owners were nearby and super helpful. Truly had the best time—didn’t want to leave. This is my new home to stay at.

It's cozy and pretty with the necessities. The location In Gilbert is excellent. Bruce kept the pool clean, and just for the private use of VRBO renters. Pam and Bruce are the nicest hosts you could ask for. The surrounding neighborhood and beyond are lovely. We would definitely go back again!

Great Gilbert Home

We truly enjoyed our stay! It worked out perfectly for my daughter's 8th birthday. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was great and we enjoyed the Val Vista Lakes amenities as well.

Very quiet, beds very comfy, pool was nice. Close to shopping and restaurants. Our host couple was very friendly. Lots of lemons and grape fruit to pick off the trees in the back! Upstairs bedroom balcony overlooks the pool. Great place to read and relax. Great for kids and many board games to play.

This is an amazing place, in an amazing location and with amazing owners

My two children and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, and we couldn't have been happier.This place is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the guest house, you're met with a warm and inviting feeling of comfort. Importantly, it was VERY clean with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing we missed was warmer weather to enjoy the pool that's right outside the kitchen door! Pam and Bruce (owners) were also so kind and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely book here again next time I'm in AZ.

Cozy suite

Very comfortable suite. Utilized the loungers by the pool on the warmer days to enjoy the sunshine! Enjoyed eating the grapefruit grown right in the backyard of the property. Pam & Bruce were helpful in guiding us toward places to visit in the area. The entry door lock was very difficult to work with. The lav and kitchen sink drains were very slow and plugged up. Was not the cleanest

Very happy with our stay

After our two night stay came to an end, our kids didn’t want to leave thanks to the fun pool and the spiral staircase that they found to be so exciting. Pam and Bruce were easy to work with and very quick to answer any and all of our questions.

Comfortable Quiet Gilbert Home

We enjoyed a comfortable 3 night stay in this guest home, centrally located in Gilbert. The owners were helpful in offering suggestions for dining and excursions, and were available but in no way intrusive. The main living area has games, books, and TV, however is very small and would be best suited for a single rental or up to 2 couples.

Clean, quiet, great pool

My boyfriend and I came for a quick weekend visit. We enjoyed Bruce and Pam’s great guest house and beautiful pool. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It had everything we could have needed for our stay.

Great location!

This was a great location when flying in and out of Mesa Gateway airport and just for getting around the metro area. We enjoyed the vibe of downtown Gilbert restaurants and bars that were a quick drive away and found plenty of options for shopping and restaurants near the property. The accommodations were comfortable and we enjoyed the community pools provided at the Club House. A few minor things kept it from being a 5 star rating! The owners were very friendly and responsive.

Great space with extras!

We had a great time staying in Pam's guest house for a long weekend. We had some issues on our trip and she was very accommodating. Tons of space to relax and very nice neighborhood . Very nicely decorated and well kept. Pam even had a welcome basket with snacks! We didn't take full advantage of some of the amenities because of a busy schedule but the pool looked amazing. This place had everything to have to have the comforts of home on vacation and would be great for an extended stay. Thanks for having us Pam. We'll have to stay again if we are in the area!

We had a wonderful time. Pam was very accommodating. The house was nicely furnished and the master bed was comfortable. We enjoyed Val Vista clubhouse amenities very much! Would recommend!
