The place was clean. Other than that it was less than special. The property was extremely run down and the mattress in the master did not even seem to be a real mattress , it was more like a camping mattress. It was very very soft . On the day we arrived we were informed that if we wanted the pool heated we had to pay extra . This rental has potential but it definitely needs a lot of work . I would not recommend it until it was improved.

The location and layout is great with the pool as the show piece. Kitchen is functional for small meals. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Several items were broken including: closet door, ice maker, bathroom shower glass/faucet, outdoor tv. Other items were missing: no propane to use the grill, no grill tools, no wood for the fire pit. House had no knives and owner shipped knives to house overnight which was appreciated. He did offer to reimburse us for propane if we picked a tank up. Plan to bring your own basic kitchen cleaning supplies as there were none on site. Recommend checking with owner on these repairs/issues ahead of arrival. We have rented dozens of homes in Scottsdale and this one could benefit from routine maintenance to ensure property is ready to host vacationing groups. Communication around what didn’t work in advance would have been appreciated or some credit for the inconveniences. All this to say, with some extra TLC, the house is a gem and cozy.

Pool is great, deep enough to be cool in the AZ sun, andkitchen is small big enough to swim some laps, king bed is soft, water pressure in the shower was awesome, able to rinse my hair quickly. Kitchen is small, adequately equipt, not a cooks kitchen but seating of 14 easily. Barbeque is great.

Family vacation

This place was perfect for a family of 6.The kids loved the pool. The shade provided was amazing. I have stayed at other places in AZ and the shade is a must. The location to everything we wanted to do was perfect.

Great location

Our family decided to vacation in the Phoenix area. The homes location was a close drive to the Diamondbacks stadium (15-20 min). Check in and out was easy. Plenty of televisions inside and out as well as cornhole to keep entertained. We had an issue with the pool not getting heated (after being paid for) but the kids still enjoyed it. The parents unfortunately not so much. Also, it took most of our first day to get the AC turned up to cool things down inside. We ended up getting a refund for the pool but it was something us parents were looking forward to enjoying. Other than that it was a nice clean home in a safe location.

5 Stars! Perfect Stay with an Amazing Backyard and Pool!

We had an incredible time at this property! The backyard was absolutely fabulous — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for hosting a large group. The pool was a major highlight: clean, refreshing, and big enough for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded.The home itself was comfortable, well-stocked, and clearly designed with groups in mind. Plenty of seating, a great layout, and everything we needed to relax and have a great time.Our host was outstanding — extremely responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish.We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Spacious and Welcoming

We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale! We were at the tail end of a busy road trip throughout the state, so I just wanted somewhere where we could relax and be together as a family. We loved the diving board and pool, the outdoor TVs and games. Plenty of shade, but also places to stay warm in the sun if that’s your preference. The mattresses were comfortable and the linens plentiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We loved the backyard with citrus trees, pergola, pool and games. Plenty of space for indoor and outdoor time with family/ friends. Close to activities in Scottsdale and Tempe
