The house and property is exactly as described - clean, comfortable and close to everything in Old Town. The host was responsive to messages and it was clear how to check in and out of the property. We enjoyed our time in and out of the very nice pool and would rent this house again if we find ourselves in Scottsdale.

Family trip with a 5 and 3 year old. Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, cleanliness and hospitality. Kids enjoyed the pool and plenty of pool toys provided. Also a great location, made a trip to the zoo and a couple of nearby parks within 15-20 minutes for a drive. Would highly recommend staying!!

I stayed here for a girls trip with my daughters and it was such a good fit for us. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The layout worked really well for a mix of hanging out together and everyone having their own space when needed. The kitchen was easy to use, and we appreciated having enough room to snack, chat, and just be together. The backyard was our favorite spot. We spent most of our time out there. It felt private and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. The location was great. Close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and easy to come back and unwind.

This place is clean and very comfortable. Better amenities than other spots I've stayed in Phoenix area. The outdoor area is lovely--clean, comfortable, and stylish. We only had three adults, but it would have been very comfortable for two families with kids or three couples.

Property had many pluses. Easy checking in process, communication with host immediate, and home was well stocked with everything we needed during our 3-week stay. It was a great location — Chaparral Park (enjoyed our daily walks at park); close to baseball stadiums for spring training; and near Old Town for shopping and bars/restaurants. We would recommend and book again.
