Había plaga de cucarachas y no pudimos tener alimentos cuando nuestra intención era tener una cocina para poder cocinar

Generally the appartment itself was OK and worked for us. Something was wrong with the hot water. It was always blistering hot for showers and washing dishes. The pics in the ad make the place look quite a bit better than it actually was. Did not appreciate the overflowing trashcans outside or the overflowing mailbox. It seemed the place was abandoned for most of the time not getting much if any maintenance. Wifi and TV worked Ok beds were clean and comfortable. A newer couch and some more comfortable seating wouls be nice upgrades

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and was comfortable for us to stay in. It could use a little more furniture like maybe an end table in the living room and an upholstered chair to fit four people without the island chairs, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Tables by the couch Tables by the bedsDresser in one of the bedroomsA chair in living room, just a couch that when you set down the cushions slid out from under youKitchen utensils , no spatulaCan opener didn’t work The electric outlet off the bathroom came out of the wall every time you unpluged something No cleaning supplies left on promises , and we were to stay for a monthIn the picture advertising this place there was two black containers with weedsThere were weeds over one foot tall up in front of the house But our biggest complaint was this is like a compound, with people living in quarters connected to the rental and they had a huge mean dog that you didn’t want to get close to the fence enclosed The only good thing was a good bed and great pillows and the host seemed like she helped when she could

Jennifer was responsive to our requests. The house is in a convenient location to the light rail and getting around. Beds are comfortable. Only very basic amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash- nothing in the kitchen), had to request a/c be turned on (78 inside), bare bones decor, no screens on windows so could not keep them open for cooler night temps.

Cute, newly remodeled, great parking!!Just to let those who are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a subdivided home with other rentals in the same home so there was noise from the other tenants. It wasn’t a problem for us because we used the fans provided at night which covered up any noise. Also we did have a few roaches in the home but the host was quick to respond and come spray. The beds were very comfortable

Very responsive

When I booked we asked for an accommodation which was granted. We even brought a trailer and they graciously accommodated. Communication between us and them was great. The location was quiet even on a holiday weekend and lots of parking.

Property was great. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would advise before booking is that this property is in like a “town home” type setting. So you have neighbors butted up against you and it gets pretty loud. You can hear them talking and any bang that comes through the wall. However, if you don’t mind that it is great.

Great price/ Great location

It was a cute house with the basics.. minus a stove. It only had a stovetop. It's a great price point and the neighborhood was quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Metro rail or it had free parking right in front of the house. We had a nice stay here.

Nice place, good location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfy and a nice place. Plenty of towels and toilet roll and a great shower. Host was responsive and responded to any questions.It could do with a few more things in the kitchen, like tea towels, kitchen roll, a rack to dry dishes, and some ice in the freezer. I always like to cook when I'm travelling, so these would have been nice to have. Saying that, I highly recommend this place, I enjoyed my stay.

Spring Training 2025

We scheduled a long spring weekend in AZ to watch some Cubs Spring Training games. This location was perfect for us. Great location for getting to games and great eating places! Very safe location (my buddy and I are morning walkers and we never felt threatened anywhere we walked). You can’t beat the price for this property as we’ve stayed at multiple VRBO’s in the area for previous springs. For our purposes, we only need a place to sleep and get cleaned up for the next day and this property fit the bill. Not a lot of frills, but we didn’t need any… and the money we saved on lodging we spent on great seats at multiple games and several great meals. This property was very clean and the property manager was great to work with and very responsive (we had a light bulb out in a bedroom and they came right out to replace).

Great place for 2 or small family

Very nice property. The beds were super comfortable. Clean and spacious for 2 or a small family. Property management was great and responded quickly to our needs! Very convenient to everything. Easy parking.
