The Cattletrack Casita, brought to you by TripRentals, is a cozy and private studio offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Why is it called the Cattletrack Retreat Casita? The grounds include a main house as well as a separate casita. Together, as one, we call it the Cattletrack Estate. Guests can choose to rent the entire estate, the main house alone, or the casita alone. The main house and casita are never rented to separate groups at the same time. Please review the disclosures section at the bottom of this description, for additional details, and feel free to inquire, if you have any questions. The casita, or “mother in law” suite, is a separate unit that shares no walls with the main home, giving you the privacy of your own space. Located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, world-class golf courses, shopping, and top dining spots, there's truly something for everyone. Unwind by the sparkling shared pool, soak up the Arizona sun, and enjoy a peaceful space made for total relaxation. Whether you're here to explore or recharge, you'll feel right at home.
The Property: The casita suite is quite large, and feels even larger thanks to its high ceilings. It features a comfortable Queen-size bed, two loveseats, and a wall-mounted HDTV for your entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The suite includes a stunning private bathroom with a walk in shower and spacious walk in closet.
Now for the amazing amenities! The casita opens directly to a large covered patio and the semi-private pool and hot tub area. Unlike condo complexes where pools are often crowded and shared with dozens of units, this inviting outdoor space is shared only with the main house, which is only occasionally occupied by the owners. Depending on the timing of your stay, you may even have the pool all to yourself! The pool is quite large and features 6 deck mounted sprinklers, 3 waterfalls, and lighting that changes color to match your mood. The adjoining hot tub is surrounded by a sunbathing deck and your private zen-like garden of a backyard. Cozy outdoor seating offers the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book or enjoying your morning coffee. A natural gas grill is also available, ideal for cooking delicious meals and making the most of those warm Arizona evenings. Whether you're lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or dining al fresco, you'll love spending time in this peaceful outdoor space.

By using the pool or hot tub, guests agree to hold the property owner and management harmless for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur. ** Pool and hot tub heating is optional and available for an additional fee. The cost is $150 per night to heat both the pool and hot tub, $100 per night to heat just the pool, and $50 per night for the hot tub only. Pool heating must be booked for the entire length of your stay, while hot tub heating can be more flexible. We require at least 7 days' notice before check-in for any heating requests, and a short form will be sent prior to your arrival to confirm your preferences. ** Optional 4 Bedroom "Main House" - Please note, the grounds of this property includes this "main home" as well as a "casita." The casita is a separate, studio home that does not share any walls with the main home. The roof of the main house extends from the main house, across most of the patio, and the casita. So they are connected by the roof and patio, but otherwise, the casita is separate from the main house. The main house is on the other side of the pool, from the main house. The main house is available for rental, so let us know if you want or need a much larger space than just the casita! The casita is not rented at the same time as the main home, but unless you rent the entire estate, it is possible that the homeowner or his family may be using the main house during your rental of the casita. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
