As you enter Casita Dos, you'll be greeted by abundant sunlight and a completely updated, renovated, spacious ground-floor condominium with a colossal patio over 100 feet long. Enjoy your private space inside or outside, or walk next door to the conveniently located enormous community pool and private spa.
The condo's main living area provides you with multiple choices to spend your time, with a large cozy, and comfy sectional couch in front of a vast smart tv. The living room blends into the dining room with a dining table that seats six but expands to seat more. Alternatively, enjoy a more intimate experience at the second dining table just off the kitchen that seats 4. The bright, airy kitchen provides a peaceful place to cook or enjoy coffee. A large picture window lets in plenty of sunshine and provides a view of the expansive grass courtyard like a flowering oasis in the middle of the desert.
This is the perfect restful place in the heart of McCormick Ranch, where you can explore Scottsdale and the surrounding Valley. You'll be a short distance to Salt River Fields spring training; Barrett -Jackson auto show; and Talking Stick Casino; plus restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Shopping is plentiful at nearby Kierland Commons, the Pavilions, or Fashion Square. For culture vultures, Old town Scottsdale is just minutes away. In the other direction are Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesen West; the McCormick Stillman Locomotive Park; Phoenix Art Museum; the Heard Museum; and Phoenix Science Center. Many world-class golf courses, bicycles, walking paths, and hiking trails are at your doorstep. Take in a Suns game, or see the Wildcats or Diamondbacks.
Casita Dos has three bedrooms. The master suite provides privacy with a master bathroom and a king-sized bed. You will also have personal access to the private patio with your sliding door, bringing in the Arizona sun.
The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage. The third bedroom offers a full bed and an armoire.
There is a two-car garage; an in-unit washer and dryer; and the community boasts two heated pools, a clubhouse, and a jacuzzi spa, all in a park-like setting.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Utility caps apply. This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Excellent location for an extended stay
Camello Vista was a great overall experience with the location being central to everything you could want and our unit literally being located a few steps to the very nice heated pool and hot tub. The unit, on the other hand, felt a bit like a corporate rental than an VRBO property with the main complaint being that the otherwise large and functional kitchen was not outfitted sufficiently to cook meals for a family for three months. The master bathroom could also have been outfitted with a few proper towel bars which was also surprising. Otherwise, the unit was comfortable and served our needs for the time we were there. The management company, Casago, was also generally very responsive and good to work with. I would definitely book accommodations through Casago in the future.

I LOVED the community and will be returning to the same unit next year. However, I think there needs to be some additional items supplied in the unit. There were not enough serving items, like bowls, platters etc. There is no garbage disposal. The lamp in the living room needs to have a new lamp shade. Either the washing/dryer machine needs extensive cleaning or needs to be replaced. The odor which is musty that emits is terrible. But this is such a great location, and the community has so much to offer with lots to do. Loved it!
