Vacation in Luxury! Don t ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this community if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs (here are some listing numbers as well: 1736895, 1214923, 1516390, 1764973, 1516328, 1583009). We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! These homes must be rented for no less than 30 days (this is the minimum). There is a 220V electric car charging outlet in the garage! Come enjoy the beautiful golf course gated community at Desert Springs at Alta Mesa. ~1500 square feet with all new flooring, paint, appliances, fire place, private putting green, large high definition,smart, flat screen tv s in all rooms with access to netflix, amazon tv, hulu etc. Private patio with chairs/table, putting green, BBQ grill with access to community heated pool, hot tub and club house. Entire upstairs is a bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) with a separate twin bed on the other side). The master bedroom is downstairs complete with king bed, large flat screen TV, large closet and full bathroom with tub and shower! Eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stainless appliances. Convenient downstairs laundry with large washer/dryer. Fastest high speed panoramic wireless internet available. Living room has huge tv with remote controlled electric fire place (you can change the colors and the temperature).Make it a family night with plenty of board games to enjoy each other's company. In addition to the community pool/hot tub there is a nearby water park with slides/etc as well as a nearby recreational park! Only 20 minutes from Saguaro lake where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes as well as the infamous Renaissance Festival! Just down the road from Falcon Field Airport and the Commemorative Air Force Museum. Near 202 freeway for easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport. Also near Mesa Gateway Airport.

Property is very near Falcon Field Airport which made it a little noisy with helicopter traffic. Location is good for grocery shopping and restaurants. Initially the unit was not as clean as we expected but that was remedied quick.

Mesa 2020

Our 2 months in this condo were so enjoyable! The neighborhood is friendly and well maintained. The condo was comfortable and clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was the best we've ever had in a rental. And I loved being so close to the pool. The location was great for the things we enjoy doing like golf, hiking, and shopping. Hope to return in the future.

Everything when well but we noticed a few standard items where not stocked. We called our property manager and he delivered the missing items along with a bonus cheese cake. The property had an accurate description and was fantastic.

Thanks for the great stay!

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean (heated as well). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful home

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Great place

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well surrounded by lush orange orchards with plenty to do for all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and loved practicing their putting on the new private putting green in the back yard. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

Great location,very clean and well stocked townhouse!

Enjoyed our stay! We were close to Red Mountain park, Tonto National Forest, Fountain Hills and golf courses. The townhouse was newly upgraded.
