Jason was very responsive! Great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery store. Minutes from great hiking (Usery and Lost Dutchman). Perfect set up with our dog, near the dog area. Great stay!

Property is very near Falcon Field Airport which made it a little noisy with helicopter traffic. Location is good for grocery shopping and restaurants. Initially the unit was not as clean as we expected but that was remedied quick.

Mesa 2020

Our 2 months in this condo were so enjoyable! The neighborhood is friendly and well maintained. The condo was comfortable and clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was the best we've ever had in a rental. And I loved being so close to the pool. The location was great for the things we enjoy doing like golf, hiking, and shopping. Hope to return in the future.

Everything when well but we noticed a few standard items where not stocked. We called our property manager and he delivered the missing items along with a bonus cheese cake. The property had an accurate description and was fantastic.

Thanks for the great stay!

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean (heated as well). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful home

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Great place

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well surrounded by lush orange orchards with plenty to do for all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and loved practicing their putting on the new private putting green in the back yard. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

Great location,very clean and well stocked townhouse!

Enjoyed our stay! We were close to Red Mountain park, Tonto National Forest, Fountain Hills and golf courses. The townhouse was newly upgraded.
