Vacation in Luxury! Don t ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this community if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs (here are some listing numbers as well: 1736895, 1489521, 1516390, 1764973, 1516328, 1583009). We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! These homes must be rented for no less than 30 days (this is the minimum). Come enjoy the beautiful golf course gated community at Desert Springs at Alta Mesa. ~2000 square feet with all new flooring, paint, appliances, fire place, private putting green, large High Definition smart flat screen tv's in all rooms with access to netflix, amazon tv, hulu etc. There is a 220V electric car charging outlet in the garage! Private patio with chairs/table, putting green, BBQ grill with access to community heated pool, hot tub and club house. Entire upstairs is a bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) with a separate twin bed on the other side). The master bedroom is downstairs complete with king bed, large flat screen TV, large closet and full bathroom with tub and shower! Eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stainless appliances. Convenient downstairs laundry with large washer/dryer. Fastest high speed panoramic wireless internet available. Living room has huge tv with remote controlled electric fire place (you can change the colors and the temperature). Make it a family night with plenty of board games to enjoy each other's company. In addition to the community pool/hot tub there is a nearby water park with slides/etc as well as a nearby recreational park! Only 20 minutes from Saguaro lake where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes as well as the infamous Renaissance Festival! Just down the road from Falcon Field Airport and the Commemorative Air Force Museum. Near 202 freeway for easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport. Also near Mesa Gateway Airport.

We spent 6 weeks at this property in February and March. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Jason was very prompt. Great location, near everything, and felt very safe.

Great communication with the property manager, Jason.

The house was very nice and comfortable. A few little things needed attention when we first arrived and Jason, the property manager, was just wonderful to work with. He responded immediately. I would definitely rent this again. Great location and short walk to nice pool from the patio.

We had a pleasant stay. The property was pretty much as advertised. The development was well-maintained and attractive. The unit was comfortable and well-furnished but the decor was somewhat dated and in need of a re-fresh. The housekeeping preparation before our arrival left a little to be desired and we had to do some cleaning and tune-up after we were settled. Property manager was congenial and addressed a small problem that we had with the door lock within a few hours.

Great trip

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Incredible stay

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well surrounded by lush orange orchards with plenty to do for all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and loved practicing their putting on the new private putting green in the back yard. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

Exactly as Pictured

We had a great stay at this townhouse. It really is just as pictured! The pool is right up the street and very nice. There are so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby that make this an ideal location to stay.

Perfect Mesa getaway

This home was perfect for our vacation. It had everything we needed and it is so close to so many shops and restaurants. Close to ballparks and National forests. The host Jason was great. The cable box was not working and he came over and called the provider and took care of it immediately. The pool was so refreshing and my boys loved the hot tub. We are a family of four and this place had plenty of room. We will be back!!

It is a beautiful place to stay and the owners were great to work with. It is in a great location with easy access to anywhere in the Mesa area. We will definitely stay here again when we came back to the Mesa.
