Backyard Luxury with Private Pool and Hot Tub on Golf Course

Welcome to our desert retreat on Palm Valley Golf Course. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a resort style backyard with golf course and mountain views, private pool (not heated), hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bar, covered patio, misters and extended pergola. Located minutes from attractions like spring training, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, golf and several hiking destinations.

The upgraded one level open plan home has a master bedroom with king bed, master bath with two person shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and second bath has been nicely updated as well. The third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk space and queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a two car garage and mudroom with full size washer and dryer.

Spend your day at one of the many nearby attractions or enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor bar while relaxing by the pool and hot tub.

Every was great except the grill. All grates wouldnt light, so we couldn't cool the steaks evenly. Ended up having to broil in the oven so they didn't taste as good. A heated pool would have been great, but understand why it wasn't

We had a wonderful stay at this Palm Valley home. The house is exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable—but the backyard really stands out. The pool, hot tub, golf course views, outdoor bar, and covered patio make it feel like your own private resort. We spent most of our days outside, relaxing in the pool and watching the sun set over the course.Inside, the home is well laid out and thoughtfully updated. The open floor plan works perfectly for a group, and the kitchen has everything you need, with quality appliances and plenty of counter space. The primary suite is spacious, with a great shower and large closet. The second bedroom is comfortable, and the third bedroom/office with the Murphy bed was perfect for the kids.The location is another major plus—about 25 minutes from downtown, making it convenient for activities, nights out, or conferences at the convention center. Whether you want to explore the area or just relax at the house, it’s a great base for everything.Communication with the Jennifer and Jason was nothing short of excellent, and check-in was smooth and simple.10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone coming into town!

Worth The Trip!

Everything about this home is amazing. Calm quiet, relaxing, and very peaceful. Spent our days relaxing in the beautiful pool that overlooks a golf course. The hot tub was also wonderful in the evenings. The host provides plenty of items in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the pool area. The misters were a huge hit which we appreciated being there at the end of July. We will definitely be coming back.

Extremely clean property. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and great location! There is plenty of kitchen equipment, so you don't have to bring anything extra to be able to cook at home. This house was everything we were hoping for and more. Super clean, super comfortable, and that pool with the golf course view? Just wow. We spent mornings sipping coffee outside, watching the sun come up over the green, and evenings in the pool—so peaceful and relaxing.The neighborhood was quiet and really nice—felt very safe and welcoming. Plus, it was in a great spot. We were close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed, but it still felt like a private escape.Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to unwind.

Amazing Rental

The property was great, resort style oasis in the backyard, right on the golf course. Was a small issue with the ac and the homeowner took care of everything immediately. Would definitely rent this property again. Very centrally located in the west valley. Close to Westgate, casino and nightlife.

Perfect Place for Us

When we spotted this property, we were already in love with it. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house and has it's own access to the back yard. We had no idea how much of a difference the misters would make but they took the edge off the heat. There were a fair amount of pool toys that helped us enjoy the pool even more. The open living area made spending time together so easy! Don't get me started about the master shower...also we had great communication with the manager. The location of the property provided easy access to one of the main roads in the town so it was pretty easy to get everywhere. We will be back

Wonderful weekend!

My sister and I, along with our spouses were lucky enough to choose this wonderful home for a three night getaway. Everything was as expected. Indoor and outdoor were spotless. A very quiet area. It was relaxing to sit by the pool and watch a few golfers go by. We were poolside most of the weekend. We enjoyed a late night movie on the outdoor patio furniture. Be sure to visit La Bona Pasta, the best Italian we have ever had! Their pork tenderloin is 10 stars! Thank you Jason and Jennifer for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to another trip soon!
