You will find our home to be turn key for your needs where you can:
- Enjoy the heated lap style pool (8+ ft. deep in deep end) *heating fee is included in the nightly rate but will be removed from your stay for summer months that do not require heating*
- Have drinks on the patio while watching a game/tv or using our electric smoker/BBQ
- Have a memorable family vacation with everything your little ones will need from toys to life jackets, baby gates, pack and play and more
- Easily work remotely with a private office equipped with two desks
- Hop on the 101 to be at Lake Pleasant, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and more within 25 minutes
- Experience Spring Training just 5 minutes away
- Or simply relax in the comfort of our updated home!

Arrowhead Oasis is located in Glendale, AZ within ten minutes of the Mariners/Padres Spring training stadium, ~15 minutes of the Cardinal football stadium and in great proximity to restaurants, nightlife, hiking and all that Arizona has to offer. Home sits on the 3rd hole on the Arrowhead Country Club!!

11 miles(about 15 minutes) to the Cardinals stadium 20 miles (about 25 minutes) to waste management!
3 miles to Mariners/padres spring training!

We were in town dor a Krav Maga testing event. Yhe house was conveniently located. The pool was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable and the house was very clean.

Suburbs in the Sun

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you so much for such an excellent experience!!

A Reunion of The Three Sisters

Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never been on a more relaxed vacation in my entire adult existence. I enjoyed seeing my twin sister’s faces when they learned that I had rented this beautiful home for their 60th birthday. We enjoyed our stay and each other’s company so much so we hardly ever left the home. The beds were so comfortable. I just can’t say enough about the home. I’m hoping to come back for my next vacation. Thank you so very much and may God Bless you. I’ll give it 10 Stars!

Property was totally not clean, below photo is dirt and dog hair, living room furniture needs serious cleaning. Upstairs bedroom bed spread has holes and very worn. Master bath does not have one towel rack. Very disappointed considering what we paid. Fridge had old condiments from prior renter and fridge died, 3 1/2 days to get a new fridge.

We enjoyed the outdoor space (e.g., the heated pool and playing in the back yard). The house was fully equipped and the communication with owners was outstanding. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Enjoyed the location in a family neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. Nice grassy area for our dog. Beautiful pool with pretty sunset golf course view.

Time with family 2024

I try to stay close to my daughter’s home. This house was close. The pictures are not quite accurate and the house seems to be in some sort of update. The deadbolt on the front screen door is missing. Some of the window locks are broken, screens missing. The towels for the bathrooms have been well used. The dishwasher doesn’t work well and the venting on the cooktop only works if the microwave door is open .. If a cleaning crew had been through before we checked in, they forgot to pick up their false eyelashes from the downstairs power room. The master bathroom is lacking any source of a towel bar or hooks, except the 1 on the back of the door and the bathtub was filthy. I reached out to Kaitie on the day of check in to receive the door code, only to be reminded with a healthy list of house rules before receiving the code. I didn’t get a welcome feeling .. The location has the potential to be a great space but in this moment, i found it to be lacking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your community because it truly has a lot to offer and is close to so much but I will not rent this space again. ~TracyAnn Kurcz

Everything we needed.

We needed a place to call home while we moved our son back to college, Katie’s place was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool and perfect Peoria/Glendale location. The upstairs office was perfect for work calls and still be close to family. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of - we enjoyed our 10 days in a place that felt like home.

Great getaway to visit family

We have family that recently moved to the area so we stayed here while visiting them. It was a nice and convenient place to stay with our kids. The location is 10/10, it’s close to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

Returning baseball stay

This is our second time staying at this fabulous place. The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was perfect and pool was amazing. No complaints. Close to the baseball fields for my son’s tournament.

Great House

Unfortunately we were there for funeral services for a family member but the house provided everything we could have possibly needed for the weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, it helped them take their mind off of why we were there. The host was excellent in keeping us informed on everything that we needed.

Arrowhead pool time !

Clearly we enjoyed the heated pool for our grandkids The house was very clean and the host was excellent A few maintenance issues that we passed on to the host that they were going to address Location was good and we enjoyed local restaurants, pop stroke, fat cats but most of all the grandkids loved the pool !!

Great location

My husband and younger son, along with another family stayed at this great house. My review is based off their comments. Very clean. Pictures accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy highway access. While they were a tad nervous being on the golf course, no balls were hit into the backyard while they were enjoying the great pool or watching basketball games on the patio. Golf carts were super quiet and there was not a noise issue related to that. Kids enjoyed the pool as we have never rented a house with a “deep end”. Big kitchen table allowed for game night each night and fit everyone comfortably.

Lovely home

I rented this home for January and February 2024: Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.) Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures. Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn. Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. It could use a deep cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, pantry, baseboards, and the area rug in the living room. There are a few fairly minor maintenance issues, such as the towel bar in the master bathroom is broken off the wall. Property Owner: 5 stars ~ The property owner was highly responsive to any questions or requests. The owner's communication was excellent.
