    The house if fully loaded for all your cooking and indoor needs. Bass fishing and water fun in the pool. Large master bath with a very large room and ceiling fan. New carpet, tile paint and cabinets through out. Located close to lots of spring training, golf courses around the corner, gambling and too many other things to name. Relax next to the sparkling, private pool or enjoy the views with your favorite cocktail while watching the sun set behind the mountains and listening to the calming waters of lake arrowhead.

    Sleeping accommodations include 4 bedrooms all on the main level with 3 bedrooms with queen beds and the master with a king size bed. The king master suite looks out to the beautiful backyard and pool area and breathtaking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub. Sharing a full bath are a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with queen beds suitable for adults or children.

    Your vacation home has easy access to peoria sports complex, westgate, cardinal stadium, lake pleasant marina and scottsdale. Both beginner and experienced hiking trails, state-of-the-art water park and multiple scenic golf courses are also within minutes of your front door. You will feel like you are secluded in your own private lake and mountain enclave, when in fact you are only minutes away from everything you could possibly want to do!

The house was beautiful n clean, location is ideal. Really enjoyed the nice pontoon boat n fishing. Lots of beautiful sunrise n sunsets shouldnt disappoint. Very close to golf course and our favorite restaurant Dillions. Great for family get together and Doug is very friendly n helpful if needed.

The property was perfect for our family. The pool got plenty of use during our hot stay. Our boys caught many carp, catfish and bass from the dock. The house was very comfortable and roomy for our group of 7. Beautiful neighborhood and right next to hiking trails on one side and stores/ restaurants on the other. Great hosts as well. Would highly recommend.

Three Generation Trip

All ages of our family enjoyed our stay in Glendale. The house was well stocked, everyone loved the pool, and the location was wonderful….hiking in the morning then baseball or swimming in the afternoon.

Was perfect for our ladies golf getaway. A bedroom for each of us! House has a nice feel - like the owners really care about it.

Wonderful Christmas Family Vacation

The house was very clean, property beautiful! Owners were quick to answer any questions! We traveled with out 4 kids ages 10-15 and everyone had a great time!

Awesome Pool Table and Dart Board!

Great stay! Right off 101 so it's easy to get anywhere. Temperature didn't cooperate so we didn't get as much swimming pool time as we would have liked, but we still got pool (billiards) and the dart board was the best! Lots of supplies, everything you need for cooking. Real comfortable and quiet neighborhood. I'd definitely stay again!

Great location for baseball

We stayed here for a 16U baseball tournament and it was the perfect house for two teens and two adults. Pool was refreshing and being lakefront provided a beautiful view. Gorgeous sunsets each night and the pool table, darts, and poker table kept the boys entertained and out of the heat. Kitchen well-equipped. Would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation / Birthday

This house is amazing! It had everything that we needed and more for sure. I brought my 87 year old mother, 28 year old daughter and myself to spend time with sister here in the area. This house did not disappoint at all. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything, and there were enough bathrooms for all of us. I would definitely rent again for sure.

Girls trip

This house is in an excellent location. It's right off the 101 so you can easily get anywhere. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood. We had a great time and my only negative critique is that there was a screen door out to the patio that kept falling off and the security door from the kitchen was just sort of hanging open. It could be a little cleaner but maybe a good spring cleaning would take care of that. The grill was very dirty so we just looked at it and then put the cover back on.I don't like giving reviews but how would the owner know unless I do because whoever cleans for them must not give feedback.

Spring Break Getaway

Home was lovely and offered many amenities. However, we had hoped to enjoy the pool more, but even with being heated, very cold, especially for kids. It also had a leak which required filling up with a hose. Pool light was out, so evening swims out too! Extremely cloudy water until pool man arrived. At that point, we only had one day left to fully enjoy. Yard maintenance crew arrived same day which interrupted lunch on patio. Instruction book for operating various features of home outdated. Home did offer great view of lake and was spacious for the two families that used it. We appreciated having kitchen fulled stocked with cooking essentials, swim towels and family board games. Overall good stay.

Arrowhead Lakes

My family and I had a great stay at this gorgeous home. The pool was wonderful, the game room got a lot of use and the kitchen got a good workout. The location was great, shopping and restaurants were close buy. I would give this home five stars!!!!

What a great, quiet little place

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It had everything we were looking for. My only slight complaint was the internet connection was pretty slow, and since we didn't have the most ideal weather, we were in the house more than we expected. The hosts were extremely responsive and the home had everything we could have asked for. We would definitely stay in the house again.

Beautiful house and location.

We stayed here 3 nights in November with 8 people. Very nice place and location. Lots of room and the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the boat but had no luck with catching fish. The only negative was the pool heater wasn’t working so the pool was to cold most of the time for us to use.

Gorgeous Lake View!!

We needed a place to stay in between moving from our old house to our new house while the remodel was going on. What a peaceful, beautiful refuge the home was! We swam in the pool every night and enjoyed the beautiful lake view! Great home and very good communication with the owner!! Thanks so much!!

A beautiful place to relax

If you're looking for a beautiful, clean home with a great relaxing view and a big kitchen and other amenities, pool table etc.. This is the house for you1 Love it. I had a problem working the TVS and the internet but I called and Doug is awesome and answers right away. Enjoy :)

Could Have Been Perfect But...

I hate leaving this review because this could have been perfect, but it just wasn't. We specifically booked this rental because of the heated pool. Unfortunately, the water heater busted on our first full day and didn't get fixed until we checked out. There was water everywhere that we had to clean up. My brother in law is General Contractor and he said there was previous damage to the water heater and it seemed neglected. Because of that, we didn't have hot water for showers, washing dishes or our hands. But the biggest disappointment was not being able to use the pool. It was just too frigid cold. The owner promised to refund (for only 1 night), but as of this moment, I haven't heard back from him. If he reaches out or gives us a refund I will update this review.
