Great Location

This house was perfect for our stay. It is very close to many major highways that made it easy to get around town. There were also many restaurant options within a few miles of this location. We enjoyed our stay.

Chandler Charm

Great location and neighborhood. Great communication with owner. The backyard and pool area could use a little refresh and more or new outdoor furniture.

1 month stay

This is a reasonably priced home in a nice neighborhood. It has a pool with patio table, chairs and umbrella, comfortable beds, is close to many restaurants and 20 min from the airport! The owners were very responsive to questions. The big TV is a nice feature. It was fine for our needs.

Property condition

We are 2 adults, and we stayed in the property 19 days. The location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and many parks for hiking which is one of our main reasons to stay in the Phoenix area. The property has in general all that is needed for a few weeks stay. There is a nice pool however we did not use it as it was too cold during the Dec./ Jan. time frame. I would recommend the property for a few weeks' time frame stay vacation.

Great location house needed cleaning

We loved the area that’s why we picked Chandler. Unfortunately the house needed cleaning when we arrived that was disappointing. Safe neighborhood nice to ride bikes.

Needs a cleaning

We liked the location and the pool. The house was in need of a good cleaning. The garbage wasn’t picked up for two weeks and some days sitting out it was pretty smelly. The blinds, the windows, floors, cutlery and door were all dirty. I spoke to the owners about the cleanliness when we got home and he said we should have told him right away. Well we were busy and cleaned as we went. I wasn’t wasting my vacation waiting on someone else. He said he would look into getting our cleaning fee refunded but we’ve haven’t heard back. I understand they have companies who clean and do the garbage but their issues aren’t my problem. We certainly didn’t get what we paid for.
