Enjoy swivel-mounted TVs on the patio and in the front king bedroom, making it easy to relax and unwind. You'll also be close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and fitness centers, including OrangeTheory. Nearby attractions include McDonald's Ranch, where you can enjoy horseback riding and a petting zoo, as well as the renowned Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

We’ll provide toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries to get you started. For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to replenish these items as needed.



Guest Access:

➤ Only two cabinets in the garage are locked and reserved for owner use, but there are plenty of other garage cabinets available for you to use. Otherwise, you’ll have full access to the entire home. Please make yourself at home!



➤ You’ll have access to free parking in the 3-car garage, plus ample driveway parking. Just a friendly note that the driveway is a bit steep, so please keep that in mind if anyone in your group has difficulty with inclines or steps. They will want to park in the garage where it is flat.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in North Scottsdale, this peaceful area offers a relaxed desert setting with beautiful mountain views and plenty of outdoor space nearby. It’s a great base for enjoying the natural beauty and upscale atmosphere Scottsdale is known for.



Golf lovers will be close to Troon North Golf Club and Grayhawk Golf Club, while hiking enthusiasts can explore nearby trails and outdoor areas, including the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and Pinnacle Peak.



You’ll also have convenient access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and everyday essentials, with plenty of dining and entertainment options throughout North Scottsdale.



Getting Around:

➜ Car: A car is highly recommended for getting around North Scottsdale and reaching nearby attractions, golf courses, and hiking trails.



➜ Rental Car: Rental cars are a convenient option for exploring Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area.



➜ Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are convenient options for dining, entertainment, and getting around without driving.



➜ Taxi: Traditional taxi services are available throughout Scottsdale and can be arranged when needed.



➜ Walking & Biking: Some nearby restaurants and shops can be reached by bike or on foot, although the area is generally car-oriented.



Other Things to Note:

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range.



➤ Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer luggage drop-off at the property. If you’re arriving early or have a late flight, Bagbnb has convenient nearby storage options for a small fee to make things a little easier!



➤ Just a friendly reminder that guests don’t have access to the USPS or other mailboxes. Please avoid having packages delivered to the unit, as we’re unable to take responsibility for deliveries. Thanks so much for understanding!
