The Space:

Welcome to our single-level four-bedroom home in beautiful Scottsdale! Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with a closet, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and comfy king beds, except the third bedroom, which features two twin beds. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with all the cookware essentials you need to prepare delicious meals.



The spacious living room offers a comfortable setting with a couch, loveseat, chair, two coffee tables, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The home is equipped with central AC and heating, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. The full bathroom comes with all towels and soaps provided, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, complete with a sparkling pool, patio table and seating, a grill, firepit, and astroturf. The backyard is fully fenced in with a 6ft wall, offering both privacy and security. Parking is a breeze with two spaces in the driveway, one in the garage, and additional street parking available.



Our home is the perfect retreat for your Scottsdale getaway, offering comfort, convenience, and a range of amenities to make your stay memorable.



Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

For golf enthusiasts, the renowned TPC Scottsdale is nearby, offering world-class golfing experiences.



Outdoor lovers will appreciate the easy access to Camelback Mountain and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, both ideal for hiking and enjoying Arizona’s stunning landscapes. Families can enjoy a day at the OdySea Aquarium or the Butterfly Wonderland, both just a short drive from the house. Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Phoenix/Scottsdale region. This home includes access to Concierge services for your stay on behalf of Concishare. Their team will arrange local experiences and in-home services to give you an unforgettable stay!



Other Things to Note:

House Rules Required



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Type of Cooling for the Home



Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
