3-Bedroom Villa with Pool, Spa and Mountain Views

The location is fantastic - only minutes away from scenic hiking trails in the Superstitions (Lost Dutchman State Park, Tonto National Forest), local attractions like the Goldfield ghost town or the Lost Dutchman museum, or multiple wedding and event venues, yet it is very close to various restaurants and convenience stores. Only 35 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

The house is on a paved road and has a dirt driveway. It has been partially remodeled and equipped with brand new furniture in summer 2022.

Lots of amenities are included to make your stay comfortable including breakfast items for your first night. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a new dishwasher. The living room features comfy reclining chairs and an electric fireplace.

The house has a split floor plan and accommodates groups of up to 8 comfortably, with King and Queen beds in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in each of the two additional bedrooms. 2 folding beds can be set up in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests upon request.

Large smart-tvs and fast internet is available in the living room and all bedrooms. The dining table can be extended to fit up to 8. Both bathrooms have showers (no bathtub). The master suite has dual sinks in the bathroom, a large walk-in closet as well as a desk.

New washer and dryer are in the garage and available for guest use during your stay.

If you are traveling with small children, we can provide a travel crib and high chair upon request. The house is however NOT childproofed, so please take a close look at the photos and reach out if you have questions.

The backyard and private pool are fenced in. The pool can be heated during winter months upon request (via electric heat pump, please inquire about additional charges). Pool towels are provided.

The driveway allows for multiple cars and the garage has space for one. Please inquire if you would like to bring your RV (RV gate available).
