Situated in Mesa's Riverview district, Rio Salado Place is relaxing living with all of the amenities! We offer a wonderful location and all of the conveniences you deserve, one mile from the 101 Freeway and 202 Loop. Apartment features a stackable washer and dryer, all-electric appliances, refinished countertops, new flooring, updated bathrooms, and central air and heating

We are available from 8am-11pm to answer any questions via the airbnb app. If after hours we can still be reached if an emergency comes up. Should you need any help we have a dedicated local team to help with any emergencies.

We do not provide extra linens for the sofa bed.
This is a private unit, you will have the entire 1 bed 1 bath to yourself. The pool is a shared space with other guests or residents. There is a washer and dryer in unit, there is also a shared coin operated laundry center on the property that you can access to do larger loads if you'd like.

You will access the unit with a code that we will provide and use a keypad on the front door to let yourself in and out.

This is a brand new recently renovated 1 bed 1 bath suite in a complex with many other units. You will love the bright and open concept living room and kitchen area.

Living Room:
- Click clack sofa that folds down into a futon for extra sleeping area.
- Extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closet.
- 50in TV with streaming services (Hulu, Netflix).

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked for meal preparation.
- Spices, olive oil, tin foil, coffee, and utensils provided.
- Microwave and gas stove.

Dining Area:
- Dining table seating for 4.
- 2 bar-style chairs at the kitchen counter.
- In-unit washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
- Clothes steamer in the closet.

Bedroom:
- 2 Full memory foam mattresses.
- Bedside touch lamps with USB chargers.
- Luggage rack and clothes hangers.
- Full private master bath.


Full Bathroom:
- Full tub and shower.
- Stocked with body wash and shampoo.

Please understand and be aware this unit is in a larger complex, we do our best to control the noise of our guests, however noise from other long term tenants is out of our control. You may hear other tenants above below or next to you. If there is excessive noise let us know right away and we can call the building management

Parking is free but you need to make sure you put the parking pass in your vehicle hanging from the mirror. Be sure to leave the parking pass in the unit before checking out. There is a $250 replacement fee. Any lost or unreturned pool/laundry/gym keys will also incur a $250 replacement fee.

This is a suite in a larger complex, you will see other guests and long term tenants at the property and sharing the pool and gym with others. 

***$1000 Fine for smoking indoors. Cleaners will report any evidence of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
**Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM if this rule is broken there will be a $250 fine
**Any stain found on beds or couches will be fined $500.

**Please understand that just by nature, there are bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc… So do not leave doors open. We do not give refunds for bugs, insects, or animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place.
**Please be aware the building controls when the heat is turned on and off and when the ac is turned on and off for the season. Around the beginning of Dec the building turns the ac off and heat on for the winter months. Around the beginning of March the building turns the heat off and the ac on. Once it's turned on you'll have full control of the temperature. However if the heat/ac is off you won't be able to use it.
We provide extra blankets if the heat should be off and it gets a little cold. We do not offer refunds should you be hot or cold due to the ac/heat being on or off
