Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath private home with front and backyard walkout patios. Very nice, quiet and well kept neighborhood. 1 minute from McCormick Ranch Golf Course walking trails, 5 minutes from Talking Stick Casino and golf and less than 10 minutes from Old Scottsdale for great shopping and dining. Large front entry foyer opens to a spacious living area and formal dining and walkout to a beautiful private backyard patio. Access from the garage to a spacious kitchen includes informal dining and a walkout to a to a small, quant covered sitting area that flows into the private backyard and patio surrounded by a desert landscape of cactus and palo verde trees. The master suite has a walkout to the back yard as well. The front of the home includes a private covered patio, great for relaxing at sundown.

HOA rules include keeping noise down, respecting neighbors privacy and no parking in the street. No "straw buyers" - renting on behalf of others.

When using the community pool, no glass, no smoking and keep noise to a minimum due to neighbors who love their quiet neighborhood.

Please no parking in the street. You will have one available space in the garage and plenty of room in the driveway.

Perfect fit for a week getaway in the sun

The house was a perfect fit for us. The house is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's nestled in a quiet community with a very well maintained community swimming pool across the street. I felt it matched our expectations based on the pictures and description. It's close to golf courses and talking stick stadium where we watched a spring training baseball game. Great coffee shop down the road about 1/2 mile. If you are retired and looking for sun in a central location with a nice clean modest townhome, this place is for you.

It was very comfortable. Perhaps more information on what is expected when we check out…sheets, towels, trash. Also, we couldn’t find rags to use for cleaning. All together though, it was lovely. Just wanted to let you know what a future renter might like.

Only complaint is that there was no exit plans given and if you needed us to do anything upon departure. Also the water pressure was non-existent. Otherwise perfect.

Great location

The home was well cared for in a great location, close to restaurants, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley, and 101 loop, 15 minutes from the airport. The floor plan was great with two spacious bedrooms (one doubled as an office). Everything worked well, the kitchen was well supplied and very clean. Laundry room was a strong benefit as was the master shower. The host, Steve, was very responsive, quickly answered any and all questions I had. I have a few concerns that would prevent me from renting this house again. The house, in general was quite dark, the living room especially. The lamps were weak and I had to strain to read (I read in the dining room). The living room furniture was heavy, difficult to move the two chairs for visiting guests. All three televisions were quite small and the living room only had restricted ROKU stations. Old outdated food and drinks were left in the cabinets. The master bed mattress was slightly slanted downward towards the window, would benefit with replacement. Light in master bedroom was weak, need brighter bulbs in the lamps or replace lamps. While I know the house is 40 years old, it badly needs updating. Everything except the appliances, seems very last century. White interior paint would probably help along with better lighting (e.g., more recessed lighting in the living room). The skylights were a plus in the kitchen and laundry room. Again, the location was great and this house would probably work for people who like dark spaces.
