In town for a soccer tournament nearby and this was a simple, no-nonsense townhome that was in the perfect spot.

The neighborhood is cute, and the townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Gilbert. Very nice and comfortable!

Nice place to stay.

Gilbert Townhome is a pleasant place to stay. Quiet even though it was near the highway. Private entrance is nice and is well lit.

Great place, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was in a quiet but centrally located area. It was just the right size for the two of us. It was also well stocked with necessities. The only not so good thing was that the living room couch was very uncomfortable. So, we watched TV in bed.

Weekend getaway for good price

Place is perfect for couple people only thing I would say that could improve this place is a king size bed. Service is very good and hassle free neighborhood with two covered parking spots! Overall was 100 percent satisfaction and host always available to answer any questions we had and was very flexible to suit are needs. Happy renting!

Great location and property

The property was in a great Gilbert location. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The living room couch was not comfortable, so we watched TV in bed. But that was the only negative. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Convenient and Comfortable

The townhouse was conveniently located to many services and health food stores. It was well-equipped, and our host Kirsten was very responsive. We like to have space for yoga as well as a desk for the computer. This unit accommodated both. The reserved covered parking was a plus. The value was quite good for the space and amenities.

True to Pictures

Condo is true to what is pictured. House host did not respond to emails. Anymore than 2 people will be tight. Good location in Gilbert.

Gilbert townhouse

Location was excellent for all that we wanted to do. Townhouse complex was quiet and safe. The unit was fine, but it was evident that the set-up of the unit was done as cheaply as possible from the furniture to the kitchen utensils, even little things like the dishwasher soap and toilet paper! Towels were old and worn, did not feel like the owner cared to make it really comfortable for guests. Very utilitarian.

The fans in the bedrooms are weird. The fan in both rooms goes from high to low and the light turns on randomly.

Clean townhome

The home was clean. Access was easy but we arrived at night. It was very dark at the gate entrance but when we came around the corner the light came on. It would be nice to haves lighted entry. 10 feet in the dark is too much. One bedroom down - upstairs bedroom is open loft style to the living room. I was disappointed that the location was on a busy road. Inside lighting was poor as well. Not fancy but was comfortable & good location for our activities.
