"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."

"This is a very nice hotel. It is however fairly distant from the National Museum, the Royal Palace and the bars etc in downtown Phnom Penh. Taxi drivers and tuk tuk men almost universally don’t know where the hotel is located. So take with you clear address instructions in Khmer. Or try telling them the hotel is part of the One Park complex."
