"Let me start off by saying that the staff was great and helpful and tried to accommodate as best as possible. However, unfortunately, they do allow smoking inside of the hotel so the whole place smells like cigarettes. They also allow smoking in many of the rooms which smelled horribly of smoke. "The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all.
