In Popham Village, a 5 min walk to river beach 10-15 min walk to state park beach. Cottage-like accommodation (2nd flr) w/ deck. B/rm w/ Q & D beds and full bath. Kitchenette with dining and sitting area plus a futon that opens to D bed. Ideal for couples or small families. Fresh water lake in front yard for taking a dip and kayaking. Winter time ice fishing and skating, snow shoeing and always walking on the beach. Lawn games are available like croquet, bocce balls, bad mitten to name a few. The space Accommodations are on the 2nd floor of Carriage House (used to be the gardeners quarters - 1 bedroom with queen bed and double bed, bathroom with tub/shower, small sitting room with kitchenette eat in area, private deck overlooking woods. Sitting room has Sofa/Futon that opens to a full size bed.All bed linens, towels etc. provided. Walk to Silver Lake and Popham Beach. Lots of privacy and peaceful solitude. Explore historic forts and colony sites. Great salt water fishing. Kitchen contains refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Within 1 hour to International Airport. Stroll the beach or take a swim in the fresh water lake at property edge. Kayak, canoe. Guest access To all the property - hammocks, lawn games, dock etc. Other things to note Pricing is for single or double occupancy. Extra guests (are anybody, any age over the first two guests) kkwill incur a charge of $50/night per additional guests. Maximum occupancy 6 guests. Best for 2 or 3 people. Pets are $35/night with a $100 security deposit with prior approval and an additional $50 cleaning fee.
