"We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area...

"The home was very clean and nice we are snowmobilers and i have to say it was disappointing that we couldnt ride to the trails from tje property and slso the garbage in tje garage was over full"

"This place was so perfect! It was so spacious. There were 11 of us. 4 families. We had so much space to sit down and eat together. We grilled alot. Not only did they have a spare propane tank, but wood to have a bon fire too. They had everything we needed. And the view! What a beautiful view of the lake. We loved having coffee on the deck and in the sun room. "
