"Entire place smelled of smoke (lobby, halls, room, sheets), the front desk staff was smoking right outside the lobby doors, hotel numbers were written on the walls, loud music playing from other rooms all night, did not feel safe at all with questionable people/activities going on. Expressed concerns with hotel and Expedia. Checked out after first night. They refused to give a refund. Would not stay again."

"I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened. There was an odd phone next to the toilet. One of the blackout curtains was laying in the corner of the room when we checked in....

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"The coffee maker in room didn't work HOWEVER 24 coffee in lobby with all the fixings!! We had a late check in when I h g rewards , able to have a late checkout as well.
Very accommodating , very friendly , don't light a nice hotel , but in a a scaled back efficient way that made it a perfect blend of luxury and affordability in a pinch! Very easy to get to car rental places and DIA! On my list as a stay again when traveling there."

"I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.
