"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

"Fußläufig zur Innenstadt gut erreichbar entlang der Etsch. Bis auf den Straßenlärm tagsüber - das Hotel selbst war ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal- allen voran Daniele- ein Muster an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!! Auch das Zimmer- direkt am erstklassigen Pool und Jaguzzi- war gräumig und für uns beide (73 und 78 Jahre) ideal gelegen, weil ebenerdig. Kompliment!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

"Wir waren schon viel unterwegs, auf da ganzen Welt.....aber diese Herzlichkeit in dieser Pension....drei Sterne ist sehr hervorzuheben.(ich würde noch 2 mehr geben:-)). Das Frühstück ist da Wahnsinn!!!!!!! Alles tip top sauber.. weiter so RESPEKT!!!! Lg Dominik Anita"
