Unit 1: Beautiful townhouse near to Petoskey shopping, restaurants and trails.

  • Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably.
    We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!

Nice home near downtown Petoskey

This is a nice, well-equipped house just 2 blocks from downtown, so it's easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable...a great place to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our stay here.

We loved our time in Petoskey, and this place could not have been better situated. We had lovely walks around the town every morning and sat out every evening enjoying the cool shade and looking out into the bay. Colleen was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We would all love to return again one day and would easily recommend this place to others.

Perfect up north getaway spot

Great Place

The place was clean, very close to town, and a great place to stay. Will definitely book this place again. My family had a great time at the house. We had 2 cars, so we parked down the street which was no big deal. This place is a must to stay at if you are looking to be close to town.
