It is in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of our vibrant downtown (music, restaurants, shopping, theatres) and 3 doors from the walking bridge over Otonabee River and the trails network throughout the city and the Canada Trail. The suite is furnished with quality furniture, has gas fireplace, gas barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen (for a baker, chef, and a separate counter has a bar sink) and good cotton linens are provided for bed and bathroom. The shower doubles as a steam room. With 25 years of experience with a successful Guest House and Spa, now I welcome people with all their individuality and unique needs and likes to one semi-detached private suite. And yes, the bedroom has blackout curtains and the bed and bath rooms are private from the living space. There is a 'throne room' bathroom in the living space, appropriate for guests.
