With four beautifully appointed bedrooms that accommodate up to 6 adults (3 rooms - two kings, one queen) and 2 children (1 twin bunk bedroom), two luxurious marble bathrooms, and a park-like backyard retreat, this is Wine Country living at its most welcoming—offering all the warmth of home with the elevated experience of a boutique stay.

The formal foyer welcomes you with soaring ceilings, warm wood floors, and a generous coat closet to settle in with ease. Just beyond, the library parlor invites quiet moments beneath sun-drenched bay windows—perfect for morning coffee, reading, or sharing imaginative play with little ones using our curated collection of STEM-themed children’s books and toys (as well as some classics).

Continue into the formal living room, where a 75" smart TV with streaming access to HBO, Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV blends seamlessly into the elegant surroundings—ideal for cozy movie nights or relaxing after a day of wine country adventures. Adjacent, the bright sunroom has been transformed into a fully equipped home office, comfortably accommodating two remote professionals with a full-size desk setup, ergonomic chairs, and a 42" monitor ready for use. Bassett Place is equipped with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming services.

Step through to the formal dining room, where a stunning crystal chandelier hangs above a table that seats eight in comfort—perfect for dinner parties, family gatherings, or intimate meals at home. From here, the space opens into the heart of the home: a charming chef’s kitchen with old time character and nearly Norman Rockwell scene. A six-burner Viking range anchors the space, surrounded by high-end appliances including a KitchenAid stand mixer, Vitamix high-powered blender, and every tool needed to create gourmet meals. The oversized island offers seating for four, while spectacular 8’ French doors frame views of the lush backyard oasis beyond.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES, TOO
Bassett Place is as welcoming to families as it is to wine country explorers. Our home is set up for a maximum of 6 adults, and has two low-bunk twin beds, too (not suitable for adults). Inside, children will find a curated collection of classic and STEM-themed books, along with imaginative toys for quiet play. Optional step stools for sinks and toilets are available, and the spacious backyard is ideal for open-air fun—with Tonka trucks, sports toys, and plenty of room to roam. Several beloved local parks are just minutes away, making it easy to keep little ones engaged and active throughout your stay.

PLEASE NOTE
Bassett Place does not have central air conditioning. There are fans in each bedroom, and 2 Portable A/C units are provided upon request.

ACCESSING BASSETT PLACE
After checking in with your concierge, you will be assigned a 4-digit code to access the home. This code will be set to expire at the on the day of your departure at your checkout time. Fernanda will be there to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

USE OF BASSETT PLACE
The entirety of our home is included in your stay, including the use of our back yard. Our detached garage is private, and access is not included in the stay. All entrances have video monitoring for accurate guest count and compliance with pet policy.

GUEST & VISITOR POLICY
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on-site unless approved in advance. All guests or guests of guests (ie: visitors) must be approved in advance and will need to check in with your concierge. This is a cherished family home and is not suited for events or gatherings beyond the registered guests. Bassett Place is not suitable for events, parties, or group gatherings beyond those listed on the reservation. Unapproved visitors or activities will result in immediate removal without refund.

PETS POLICY
We have a no pets on-site policy due to severe allergies. This includes pets visiting with approved visitors. Violations will result in early termination and a full sterilization fee.
