  • Completely separate from the main home, it features Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen has an eat-in dining area attached to a cozy living room with flat screen T.V. and a comfy, plush sofa. Off the living area, there is a quaint, private balcony ideal for relaxing after full day of site seeing. We use high quality linens and towels for our guests. Hassle-free and easy check- in with lock box, and complete privacy.

Perfect for a couple. Great location very close to Petaluma’s cute downtown. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the essentials. Easy street parking (we had the same spot right out front every day of our stay). Perfect little outdoor seating area for morning coffee or evening wind down. Nice to have full cable TV lineup. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved it. This garage apartment is beautiful, well appointed and well supplied. It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood, and Petaluma itself has a lot to offer. From here, it’s an easy drive to the wine country around Sonoma and Napa and to Muir Woods. Communication with our host was great. We had a great visit in every way.

Great property! Quiet, clean, great kitchen and bath amenities, good wi-fi and TV service, comfortable bed, iron/ironing board. Location was perfect for my needs, owner very responsive. Loved sitting on the sofa and seeing only the green tops of the tall trees in back and on the side. Street parking was OK, occasionally had to park across the street but no big deal, really. Lockbox for entry was easy to access. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town!

Cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this little gem. Just the right size for the two of us and we liked the Mediterranean look of the property. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect! Cat was very helpful and the apartment was perfect for 3 days. We loved the location and it made it very easy to travel to Napa, Sonoma and Point Reyes! Thanks Cat for a wonderful stay!

Very romantic hideaway

I would promote this as a romantic bungalow. The double jacuzzi with the candles, the fireplace, and the overall comfiness of the place. The full kitchen was stocked well. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Has Everything You Need!

This was a nice, quiet place with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you need. I highly recommend this place.

Wine country birthday!

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 day stay getting reacquainted with Petaluma again and visiting several nearby wineries. Steve and Cat were wonderful hosts, and the location was a perfect walk to the downtown area!!

Cute bungalow

Very nice upstairs bungalow in a great neighborhood. Parking on the street but no problem finding a spot even on weekends. Close to town. Well appointed with everything needed to have a comfortable stay.
