I Lake It - Residence with Garden and Swimming Pool

This two-room apartment, located on the second floor (no elevator), was completely renovated and furnished in the spring of 2024. It features a living room/kitchenette with a sleeper sofa, a furnished balcony, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located in a historic residence in Peschiera del Garda with a large private park, a swimming pool (June–September), and a children’s playground. Indoor parking spaces (not reserved) are available for guests.

The apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Bed linens, towels, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap), and consumables for the dishwasher and kitchen are provided. A fire extinguisher, emergency light, and first-aid kit are on hand.

The kitchen area features an induction cooktop (4 burners), a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small electric hot plate, a capsule coffee machine, and a kettle. Basic cooking supplies are also provided: pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, etc. Table and chairs for 4 people.

In the living room, in addition to the comfortable 160x190 sofa bed, there is a television with satellite/digital connection (SKY decoder, Fire Stick) for free-to-air channels.

Free Wi-Fi provides reliable coverage throughout the entire apartment.

In the bathroom (spacious shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet), guests have access to a hair dryer, washing machine, and water heater (80 liters).

Air conditioning is available (two separate split units for the living and sleeping areas).

The park can be used as a sunbathing area.

The pool operates on a seasonal schedule; it will therefore be available from June 1 to September 15. Hours are: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. and 3 p.m.–7 p.m. (approximately).
Swim caps are required; there are no pool chairs or lounge chairs available or permitted at the poolside.
