"Family of 4 stayed here August 2025. The room was excellent, just be aware I don’t think there is an elevator (I may be wrong). The character of the building with Byzantine-era walls was outstanding. Good breakfast. EXCELLENT location for Old Town Plovdiv. Staff was super-helpful with sorting parking. "Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, clean. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and suggest if there are any questions or requests. It is very convenient that there is a restaurant at the hotel, you can always eat and buy drinks. Wi-Fi is available throughout and around the hotel. Located not in the center, but with the bus or taxi you can very quickly get where you want. For the price that the hotel offers it is just an ideal find."

In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant.
