First floor of a villa in the Umbrian countryside, 6 km from the historic center of Perugia and 15 km from iconic Umbrian sites—Assisi, Todi, Spello. The property features a large garden and a pool, overlooking a gazebo available to guests for pleasant, peaceful evenings of complete relaxation, as well as on-site parking. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks are located about 1 km away. Inside the house, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofas, and a dining table; the kitchen is large and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and food processor. If guests wish, I can cook for them and let them enjoy Umbrian cuisine! There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom is very spacious and has a fireplace; one bedroom has two single beds, and another has a single bed; and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The pool has a section that is 230 cm deep, and the owner accepts no liability for its use. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests’ use.
