The apartment is very well located, a mere five-minute walk from the center. Communication with Valentina was excellent and we received the keys without any problem. She was also happy to give advice if you want it. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of an old but well-maintained building. It's a bit of a climb, with 41 steps in total to the top floor which has the bedroom, bathroom, living room and the terrace. The kitchen, oddly, is on the floor below, but is well stocked with all the essentials. The private terrace has a great view looking across part of Perugia and two medieval towers jutting up from former monasteries. It's a great place to have a drink in the afternoon. It's a nice, well-equipped apartment.
