Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. "The property was perfect , lots of space and everything we needed . The ceiling fan in the lounge was such an asset and made use of quite a lot of. There was no key for the patio door so it couldn’t be opened fully and we tried to make contact but got no reply - towards the end of the week we managed to get a key from the office . "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"A beautiful property, fantastic location and great amenities.There was only one thing we were not happy about and that was the mattress on the smaller doubled bed, this really needs replacing, my daughter and son in-law found it to be very uncomfortable feeling all the springs and the bed frame. They did not get much sleep because of this."
