Situated in the historic center of Perledo, 3 km from Varenna, this apartment has a spectacular view over Lake Como from its large terrace.
It has two bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, free wifi, satellite TV. Cots and additional beds available.
Private garage for guests is 50 meters away.

Beautiful and Friendly

If you are looking for a view, this is the place. It's gorgeous. Michelle is a great host - friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a good supply of needed kitchen items and a Nespresso machine. I need to mention transportation. Getting a taxi can be a challenge at times. Rita, one of the drivers, rescued us more than once (save her number). The walk down to Varenna is doable but coming back requires strong legs and lungs. You will need to organize your day around the bus schedule if you don't have a car or scooter. Everyone is friendly and provides advice but not always accurate advice. Varenna is lovely but restaurant reservations are frequently needed, even in the shoulder seasons. The food and wine are most enjoyable. I would come again but I would need to talk my wife into riding on the back of a scooter. Ciao.

very comfortable apartment with beautiful lake-panorama

This apartment has everything you need. From the 13 meters (!) balcony you have a wonderful look on the lake with setting sun. In case you missed the last bus from Verenna (17:25 oclock) no worry: in the garden you can take a cold shower after your 35 minutes obliged fittness-walk!

Urlaub oberhalb vin Varenna IN PERLEDO A COMER SEE

Supeer sauber, gute ausstattung, freundlicher vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit! die kommunikation mit dem vermieter über das letzte jahr hinweg war super, alles in englisch-aber sehr zuverlässog und korrekt-. Wir sind voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen und önnen dies nur empfehlen. Mit Koindern ist es socher nicht so g+nstig, oder man muss viel mehr das auto benutzen. Bei uns stand das auto 6 von 7 Tagen. Ws wurde nur einmal ins Hinterland zum Bergwandern gebraucht! Wir haben alle Wege und Anschauungen .. zu Fuß abgewickelt. Es war hier auf 413 M Seehöhe bessere Luft als unmittelbar am Se. Acuj die alten Mauleselwege und gir Baukultur waren total interessant.. SUPER:- DANKE AN MICHELE , dem Vermieter-: Birgit & Thomas

séjour PERLEDO avec vue sur lac de Côme

Appartement très bien situé et dominant le lac de Côme face à Mennagio. 2 grandes chambres + séjour et joli balcon, seule la cuisine au demeurant bien fonctionnelle est un peu petite. Très propre et toutes les commodités y compris dans la cuisine. Propriétaire très agréable et très serviable qui nous a apporté tous les éléments pour passer un très agréable séjour. A recommander sauf pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des enfants en bas âge car le village est trsè pentu et les accès raides, sinon c'est parfait

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Die Absprache mit Michele war problemlos und immer schnell. Die Gegend um Perledo/Varenna gehört zu den schönsten am Comer See was sich auch auf der Terasse der Wohnung zeigt. Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber, hat ne kleine praktische Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist völlig ausreichend und man ist sehr schnell überall wo man sein will. Zugegebenermaßen ist es um Perledo schon sehr steil, also ist fests Schuhwerk bis zum See zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

A Lake Como Gem

We loved our stay at Goldenlake apartment on Lake Como. The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 4, extremely clean and organized. Michele was a terrific host. Grocery store is 5 minutes walk and Varenna about 25 minutes with beautiful views along the way. We hope to return some day.

Bella la vista sul lago di Como!!!! Suggestivo il paese di Perledo da cui partono sentieri da percorrere a piedi. Gentilissimo Michele. La prossima volta ci ricorderemo di prenotare anche il sole!!!!

Beautiful home with beautiful view

We had an amazing stay at the appartement. We were a group of 5 and fit very comfortably. We had a great welcome from Michele who showed us all the spots in town and some activities in the region. The kitchen is nice and functional and the balcony and view are really breathtaking. Would go back anytime!

Amazing

From the location, to the views, to the host and the property. Top Shelf all the way. 5 minute cab ride up from the train station. ( call Monica left her business card on the table) there were 4 of us and she was cheaper then the bus. The apartment was all updated and had two room at either end so it was private. Shared beautiful bathroom with laundry. Nice size kitchen but we always ate on the balcony. The picture is a small glimpse. Walk down in the morning was an easy 20 minutes and again ride up with Monica was a 10 minute wait when ever we called her. Ferry going across the lake was excellent for exploring. There was a grocery store 100m away from the apartment with wine and cold beer. Fresh pastry and fruit. Do not forget to go to Bar Milano which is 90m away and the hospitality is excellent. Provided are basket ball and tennis rackets as there are courts just below the apartment. Perledo is a beautiful little town on the mountain and is one of the oldest in the area. Thank you Michele for the excellent communication before and during our stay. There are too many excellent things to say about the accommodations and the area. We made out stay. As an owner of a BnB there are things you did that I will take back to make improvement. Ciao J&J
