Overlooking the mountains in the town of Perledo, travelers will find the wonderful apartment “Residence Le Terrazze.” The child-friendly apartment spreads across 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. A baby cot and a highchair can be added upon request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, toys for children, and a washing machine. Start your day sipping a cup of good coffee overlooking the lake on your furnished balcony. Enjoy a grilled meal from your private barbecue on the private terrace, protected from the winds of the mountains by a glass that allows for complete enjoyment of the breathtaking view. This property is the perfect spot for wellness lovers. The shared jacuzzi, also located on the common area of the terrace, invites you to relax with the lake at your feet. This property also has a shared indoor climatized pool and a shared gym. The nearest restaurant is located 550 m from this property and can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. The “Bau Bau” beach can be reached in 12 minutes by car (5.5 km). Further restaurants and bars can be reached in 8-14 minutes by car. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute drive from this property. Just as advertised

The apartment (and most importantly, the terrace with its view) looks just like on the photos. The approach road is steep and extremely curvy, but we know we would be rewarded each time. Amenities in the building are great, and the apartment itself offers lots of extras (albeit some with DIY installation that can look a bit haphazard — but it all worked). Responses and advice from the owner were delivered promptly, at all hours, and were extremely helpful. A wonderful place for staying on Lake Como!

A real gem of a property

This is one of those once in a life time stays. This was my first international house rental. The check in and check out process were simple. The house was very clean. The house had a number of amenities including a kitchen with everything that is needed to cook whatever you like. But the part that put those house above any that I have ever stayed at was the breathtaking view. To make it even better, the outdoor table for eight is where we had breakfast and dinner. Just spectacular. My only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights. If you stay here, I would highly recommend a minimum of 4 nights. Once we learned the bus schedule, to and from the train station, we really found this to work best for our group of 8 adults and one child. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
