We really like the Perham area and wanted to stay at a cabin in the area to spend time with friends and family. The cabin was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was extremely friendly. We loved the views, and the lake was so clean. The cabin had lots to offer like fun lake amenities (paddle boards, floaties, kayaks, lots of beach towels) We had rented a pontoon and lily pad with the help of referrals from the owner which made for extra fun. The kids had so much fun swimming even though our weather wasn't the greatest. I would definitely pack and use water shoes when swimming on the beach. Lots of broken shells. We had so much fun fishing of the dock and caught lots of sunfish! The cabin is located on top of a big hill, so the views were amazing but had to take a tram down to the beach. The kids loved riding on it, but the tram was broken down for part of our stay. The owner was extremely quick with any response from us to fix anything and was very helpful! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. We were glad that we brough a few indoor activities due to the weather. The cabin did not have any games or cards. We had gone into town and went swimming at the local community center. Even though we had a few hiccups with our stay we would definitely stay here again the owner is very easy to work with and we had a great time! Thanks Trevin! We look forward to next time.
