"Overall it’s a nice place. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Excellent location for hanging out downtown. My only critique is the beds were uncomfortable. I was told some rooms had upgraded beds but ours was hard, definitely a cheap mattress. I’d stay again"

"Great hotel for price, safe area, clean room. Not much of a breakfast. Went to book a 2nd night and they would not give us the same rate in person as online (it was 30$ cheaper online) so we had to checkout and rebook and move rooms. Otherwise good stay. We stayed 3 nights."

"There are cockroaches in the room! The bed sheets are stained, the bathroom has hot water but no cold water! The sanitary environment is particularly poor, and there are spider webs. There are many more that I don't want to talk about"

"Excellent customer service while checking in during our stay and checking out. We checked out and it took us a minute to load the truck. As we were leaving the gentleman from the front came out to let us know my mom’s cane was left in the room. He ran Back to our room to get the cane and bring it to us.
