Starshine Condo - 2 Minute Walk to the Beach!

Starshine Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a tastefully-decorated one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bath, just a block up from Lake Pepin. Just right for 2 guests (or 3 with an airbed), this condo is a great place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.

In addition to the lovely bedroom and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, basic spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Airbed available for a small fee.

Starshine is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a larger group and would like to book parallel accommodations.
