Guest Access:

The main house and pool is available for guests with full access to the acreage and the Coastal Preserve.



Note: The detached Ohana house above the garage is also rented. These guests do NOT have access to the pool, BBQ area, or any other place around the main home for your privacy. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us.



The Neighborhood:

Neighborhood of wonderful homes in this gated community. Enjoy the spacious home on this peaceful acreage on the Hamakua Coastal Preserve.

Getting Around:

Guests will need to rent a vehicle. There is parking for 2 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

We have a no pet policy as some guests have allergies. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in or within 25 feet of the home. Cancelations are subject to a 3% processing fee.
