"The beds were very uncomfortable, the Air Conditioning hardly worked which was uncomfortable as temperatures at night were 27 plus. There were no coffee/tea making facilities which should be a basic."

"1st room we got stuck in because the door frame had come away from the wall therefore we couldn't open the door. We managed to somehow adjust it so my partner went to reception to report the matter. The lady who came up, I think her name was Luckye was brilliant, she changed our room and gave us 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. 2nd room brilliantly, I would definitely choose tribe as my 1st choice of Manchester Airport hotels. Bar and outside area were great as well."

"Staff at breakfast all seemed subdued and only very few interacted with guests. The choice of breakfast was minimal. In comparison with other hotels it was just about acceptable. Some of the seats were uncomfortable due to ware and tear. Ended up sitting on the frame rather than the leather clad seat cushion. The hallways were very dark and the room itself did not have adequate central lighting. The shower was a weak waterfall style shower with out a hose for extra use. I found the concierge...
