Designed for comfort and flexibility, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

• King suite in primary bedroom

• Queen bed + daybed with trundle in guest room

• Queen Murphy bed cabinet in living area (surprisingly comfortable)

Inside the Residence

The fully renovated kitchen (April 2022) features modern finishes and is fully equipped for effortless dining. A new HVAC system (August 2023) ensures year-round comfort.

The open living space is designed to maximize the breathtaking Gulf and Sound views, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere throughout.

Family found a window where we could get the crew away to one of our favorite places the beach and this quaint condo provided all we needed. Wonderfully decorated, super stocked with all essentials, and a host that constantly communicated from the moment of booking with precision and clarity. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, just steps from the beach, and right across the street from Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. We had everything we needed. Perfect for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place to stay

Great place to stay! Location is fantastic. So nice to step right out on the beach! We have stayed here before and we love all of the improvements that have been made to the condo. The kitchen is especially nice. The hosts are very helpful and the condo has lots of extras not seen at other places.

Family Memories

This location was great (across from a restaurant and 5 mins from shopping and dining). Loved that the property is gated and multiple parking spots available, including a covered spot. The beach access was extremely convenient and the beach was not over crowded. The condo was very spacious and very equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the view of the pool and beach! The owners were so pleasant to book with and get any questions or concerns answered. We will be back!

Amazing condo for family vacation

This unit was absolutely amazing for our family beach trip. Beautiful layout with plenty of space. Furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. Sunset view from the balcony was a favorite part of our day. Pool and beach access were perfect. We will absolutely be staying again.

This property is beautiful, in a perfect location. The little extras for guests like coffee, a k- cup coffee machine, beach towels, make up removal towelettes, and more are such a nice touch. We will be back!

Wonderful condo!

This condo made for a wonderful stay in Pensacola beach! It was right on the ocean with a beautiful view. It was very well stocked, especially in the kitchen if you like to cook, and very clean. Prime location right across from peg leg Pete’s—our favorite restaurant in town. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Pensacola!

January getaway

This place was perfect for our winter getaway even with the cooler temperatures because of the views and the proximity to the national parks. It was super clean and cozy. We especially liked warm throws comfortable furniture and beds. Plus, it had the most amazing remodeled kitchen with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this condo!

Great hosts, excellent condo

I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach stay. The condo is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out are a breeze, and Marina was always quick with a response to my questions. We would absolutely check to see if this condo was available next time we come to Pensacola Beach.
