This condo is very clean, comfortable, stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Great location.... Just walk out back door to pools and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. Washer and dryer worked great. Good water pressure in showers. No problems at all. Stayed an extra night!!! Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This was our first time to Waterscape C202. It was perfect and will definitely come back. We had a blast! The room was exactly as described. Thanks for the easy check in and out. Received notifications for updates. Ground level was easy no elevator which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape Resort C202. The only thing I can think of is there needs to be a wider range of cooking must haves. Pots, pans, etc. Overall, it was great.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great stay at Waterscape C202 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We stayed at Waterscape around 10 years ago. We always wanted to come back. The condo was very clean. We loved being able to walk straight out the back door into the pool area. The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable. I loved being able to park near the condo entrance. That was probably one of my favorite things about the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Waterscape is a great place to bring your family.

Waterscape2023

Love the property. Stayed in the pool with our grandson all day, every day. Only complaint would be having trouble finding chairs when arriving to the pool mid morning. It seemed that some of the chairs were reserved by people at the beach who came in later in the afternoon. Would have been nice to have a chair in the shade some of the time.

Great location!!

This condo is located in a good area. 99% of people staying here were all families so the atmosphere was great and family friendly. We all loved the fact we could just walk out straight to the pool and beach… not having to deal with elevators and lines of people to go in and out of your room is great. Very spacious and clean. Will stay here again!

Over all good

We had a wonderful time and love Waterscape. However, this was the first time we've delt with cleaning issues. When we checked in, the bunk beds had not been stripped and cleaned. There was trash sitting on top of the bedding. There was also trash on the couch. I felt like I had to strip the beds and clean everything before I could sleep on them. Besides that, everything else was ok/average. The unit could use a walk through to handle a couple issues, but nothing that really effected your stay. The location of the unit is perfect. Both beds being kings make it perfect for two families.

Wonderful Spring Break

The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the beach several days and the kids loved the heated pool. Great location that is close to restaurants, shops, grocery store, and fun activities. This may just be our new Spring break spot every year!
