  • ¡Te encantará estar en este gran condominio de 2 habitaciones! Hay tanto espacio, te encantará y las vistas desde el sexto piso son inolvidables. El dormitorio principal está en el lado de la playa con acceso al enorme balcón frente a la playa. ¡El segundo dormitorio ahora cuenta con DOS CAMAS DE TAMAÑO DE REINA y todavía hay mucho espacio! La cocina estaba completamente rehecha y se ve INCREÍBLE! Nuevos gabinetes, nuevas encimeras y un montón de espacio. Le encantará preparar una comida en esta belleza frente a la playa. El baño principal se actualizó con una cabina de ducha. El sexto golfo piso balcón frontal de gran tamaño cuenta con acceso desde el salón y dormitorio principal. El condominio se ha actualizado con grandes televisores de pantalla plana en todo! A "la televisión en el salón y 42" 46 televisores en los dormitorios! Los reproductores de Blu-ray DVD y una cafetera KEURIG son una nueva adición a este hermoso condominio también.

Ft Walton Vacation

Good location and reasonable crowd on the beach. Easy to find, and parking at the facility was good and safe. Only non working thing there was the clothes iron lol.

Great room, stiff bed

We always stay at Surf Dweller and have nothing but great things to say about the resort. The rooms here are so spacious that we always feel at home. One issue with this room was the master bed was super firm. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. But overall it was a lovely week here!

The pool was great, the beach is so clean and gorgeous. I just wish the balcony had taller chairs and more places to sit and enjoy the view.

Our only problem was the WiFi went out on our second day and didn’t come back on until the night before we left. But even with that, the property management worked very hard to get it resolved and the communication with us was top notch! They answered all my emails in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back!

My moter-in-law has been staying there every year for over 30 years. The only complaints I have are the air fryer was disgustingly dirty so we had to scrub it before we could use it and the last 2 nights the smoke detector beeped because the battery was dying. This will NOT keep us from coming back!! We love The Surf Dweller!!

Reviewer Comments: Surf Dweller units are very large with great balconies and beautiful gulf views in a convenient location on Okaloosa Island. 603 has comfortable furniture and comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped, however the unit is in serious need of updating. We've rented from Brooks and Shorey for several years and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the properties. But something went wrong this time. We are accustomed to cleaning up after ourselves, but we did not expect to have to clean up after the previous guests upon our arrival!

Not the end of the world but it was Thanksgiving week and we had some games to watch. Someone came to look at it after my 2nd email and 3 days but it was never fixed. The washing machine sounded like a plane taking off so you couldn't run it when you were in the condo. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. I would have brought my own but that wasn't listed as an item to bring. The elevators malfunctioned so only 1 out of 3 was working. The view was unbeatable and the condo was clean. Sometimes the little things go a long way to making the stay more enjoyable.
