Este condominio cuenta con cama King Size en cada habitación. Unidad de la esquina en el extremo oeste del edificio que permite que este condominio tenga más pies cuadrados que cualquier otro condominio de 2 dormitorios en Summerlin. Televisor de pantalla plana de 47 "en la sala de estar con reproductor de Blu-Ray, y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32" en el dormitorio principal.

We spent the week in 505 and really enjoyed it. It was well stocked, had comfy beds and an amazing view! The parking was also great and easy access to the beach and pool.

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!

Two beach chairs and umbrella already set up for every morning, some free activities, and nice location on quiet Santa Rosa Blvd. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities you could want and need. We will definitely be back to this place!!! 10/10 review in my book!!!

Only complain was two days our boardwalk was closed for repairs. We had to walk down the road to a public access. Then you had to walk back down the beach to Summerlins chairs. Why weren't these repairs done before vacation season.
