Completely RENOVATED- new living room furniture, bedroom furniture, upgraded bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. This beautiful beach themed unit sports a huge balcony with fun, colorful, polywood balcony furniture. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the needed appliances to ensure your peace of mind while preparing your favorite meals for your friends and family! Unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. No need to worry about losing keys as this unit has a KEY-LESS ENTRY!!

    This 3 bedroom beach front condo is TRULY amazing!! Great layout with the master bedroom located directly on the beach side with its own direct access to the balcony; a spacious kitchen with GRANITE counter-tops, a full size dining room table to accommodate all of your guests and family members. An additional entry way to the balcony is located off of the living room. The living rooms boasts a 75 inch TV for your entertainment and enjoyment!

    Additionally every bedroom boasts a 55 inch TV. Twin beds in the guest bedroom have been replaced with full size beds. The VIEWS are unbelievable; you will be able to take in the beautiful scenery Okaloosa Island has to offer! Summer Place is a wonderful property with a pool area that everyone LOVES. You can enjoy the largest pool on the Island or kick back and relax in the hot tub. This condo also provides free wireless internet. Great location on the Okaloosa Island, walking distance to the Okaloosa Pier and restaurants. VERY CLOSE to downtown Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles to Destin.

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

What a great experience for our first time to Fort Walton/Okaloosa area! Our condo absolutely beautiful, clean and amazing access to the beach, foot steps away! Very friendly families there, my daughters had a wonderful time meeting other kids and playing with them! Very family friendly and love the view!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.
