Please note that during the summer months, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

This one bedroom, one bath beach front corner unit is on the third floor above the beach with a private beachfront balcony. Recently renovated with all new cabinets and countertops!

The Perdido Skye mid-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island Seashore and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to a great selection of fine and casual dining.

This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Recent upgrades/features include:

- Washer/dryer in the unit

- King sized bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom

- Queen sized sofa sleeper (Please note that there is a 300 lbs weight limit on this sleeper)

- Kid-sized bunk beds, suitable for small children under the age of 12

Early check-in at 11am, thanks. Ultra updated condo, 2nd floor, awesome beach front location. Kitchen had modern appliances and stocked with everything you would need. Will definitely stay her again.

Memorial Day 2025

We stayed over the Memorial day holidays. The condo was great the views were beautiful. the Property manager was attentive. We had a issue with a TV and she fixed it promptly. The only downfall was the listing stated they were replacing the pool deck and would be done by Memorial day. When we got there it was no even 1/2 complete (see Photo) in fact they started to break the concrete on the 5th day so we were subjected to two full days of jackhammering. There was no access to the walkway to the beach so you had to walk on a drainage pathway between buildings to get to the beach. Asked the property manager when it would be done, she was unaware it had not been completed and promptly gave us a refund for one day stay. I appreciate this as friends staying in another unit got a 25 gift card to a restaurant. She did update the posting

Perfect Location

The condo was great! The location was amazing. It is right across the street from restaurants and an ice cream shop. Right on the beach! The only complaint we had was the construction going on right outside of our room. It was very loud, and you could not nap during the day if you wanted to. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Very Happy

Condo as described and clean with only glitch was a mildew smelling shower curtain. Property as a whole could use attention.. swimming pool side titles were filthy, elevator and stairwell dirty as well. Other than that it was great!

Condo with all you need.

We enjoyed the pool and the amazing beach

We had no idea about any ongoing construction on the building. Our balcony was covered in paint chips, 3 windows were covered all week due to construction, ceiling chunks were falling onto the bedroom dresser and our things. The condo is not in great condition. Upon arrival, we could immediately tell the condo had not been cleaned well. Dishes were still in the dishwasher, windows and floors were nasty, drain smelled bad, bathroom door is falling apart and an odd smell kept wicking up from the bathroom. The bedroom bed and pull out were pretty comfortable. Condo would be great with some extra attention.

Great Condo

We enjoyed the condo very much. Great location easy access to the beach. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Several dirty dishes were in the cabinets and silverware drawers. I notified the host and she was so nice. I told her i had already cleaned the areas and dishes so there was no need to send housekeeping. Autumn was so apologetic and super nice. We would rent from her again. Maybe next time a two bedroom.

A great travel experience !

This was my second year staying each time for most of March. Upon arrival discovered the scheduled painting of building was way behind schedule and Autumn was not notified either. She came to property personally and within hours relocatated me to another property n. She even arranged help for me to move my belonging ! I love this unit and have already booked it again 2025. 5 star host and beautiful condo.

Beach front condo

The Sky condo 221 was a great little getaway. My husband, 3 month old, and I stayed and it was a perfect fit. Beach access was AWESOME - so close and easy to run back up to condo when needed. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept. The building itself was slightly dated and a little beachworn but this did not impact our stay. The condo itself was well equipped and well-kept. The kitchen had what looked like brand new appliances. I wouldn't think more than our party size could not fit comfortably in this size condo. It was perfect for us on our very first family vacation (mom, dad, and baby). The balcony has a great view of the gulf - able to see the dolphins swimming in the early morning. It was about a 5-7 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Not many shops/convenient stores near the actual condo on that main strip. overall, good stay! would recommend.

GREAT Location; A Few Negatives

3.5/5 ⭐️ PROS: GREAT Location, lots of beach space, an empty lot next door, walkable to restaurants & Village retail space, easy driving to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, amount of utensils in the Kitchen, ROKU TV in Living Room (not in bedroom, but you can bring a Roku/FireStick), lots of chairs on the balcony, updated kitchen appliances, strong water pressure in shower CONS: NO CENTRAL HEAT/AC — large window units on the bedroom & living room (personally just made it hard to cool down the condo, which made it hard to sleep), the front door deadbolt did not work (and we were discouraged to use it as it could lock us out of the unit; it is listed as an amenity on the listing page), the door does not shut all the way automatically (it appears shut, but with an easy push/pull the door is opened), dryer takes 2 complete cycles to dry clothes & towels, clothes we dried smelled of mildew, the toilet wasn’t fixed in place, a major cleanliness issue occurred but it was taken care immediately upon notice to the Host. PROS: The weather, food, and beach were excellent!

Relax at Perdido Key

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. However, having a 10 year old with us, there wasn’t much to do close by so had to go 30 minutes to Orange Beach for things to entertain her. Had it just been a getaway for me and my husband, this would have been perfect although he had a hard time staying entertained like I did on the beach. Also, one of the recommended sea food place for dinner was mediocre and a lot of flies.

1st Family Vacation to Florida - Perdido Key

This was a great experience not only using VRBO but Perdido Key was beautiful! Our condo was exactly as pictured, the view was amazing and steps to the beach/pool made all of us enjoy it even more. Autumn was great and we will be back again!

Perfect getaway!

The condo was a perfect vacation getaway for my wife and I. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Beaches were very nice and the atmosphere there was great. Dining just across the street at the Jellyfish was great. Also had food and grocery delivery right to the door. Will be back here again.
