Welcome to Retreat at Perdido Key! This well-appointed villa is located in the desirable Lost Key Resort. This villa is happy to host you, your guests & up to 2 dogs! (Please message host with pet information and acceptance, extra fee will apply) With 4 bedrooms & 4 baths, the villa can accommodate 11. It is decorated with chic coastal décor. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, & a private, screened balcony with great views. There is also a golf cart included with your rental! You're just a short walk or drive to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf.



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the villa, you will be on the main living level. This level includes an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, & the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare tasty meals.



Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club—only half a mile away. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, a swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) with food, snacks, & beverages for purchase. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key Resort on a seasonal basis.



Also within Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state of the art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, & this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment & resources of the area while providing an unspoiled backdrop for golfers & visitors to enjoy! The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant & bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course.



When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable, king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower, & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There are two more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, & also has a smart TV & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second has a full bed and twin loft, a smart TV, & an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.



The fourth guest bedroom is located on the main living level. It has a comfortable queen bed & a smart TV. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom (tub and shower) in the hallway. There is also an automatic king blow up mattress available for you to use in order to accommodate everyone in your group.



We make it easy for you to stay with us! Drive straight to the villa and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.

If you are planning on bringing your dog, please message the host for approval.

** House Rules: Minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
