A few things need to be addressed.

I really hate to complain, but for the price we paid, this condo really needs some attention. We have stayed in other units at OBW for the past 6 years, so we were expecting a little higher quality than what we got. -Some areas were dirty (grimy looking light switches) and drawers had clothing left from past guests. -Many light switches never seemed to turn on any lights (and we tried lots of things). We never did figure out the light above the dining room table. -TV in master was great, if you could get it to turn on. Sometimes it came on and sometimes it didn't. -Also the ceiling fan in the master seemed to stay on the low setting at all times, and it would occasionally let out a screeching noise. So, we had to sleep with no fan. -The outdoor cushion for the chase lounge (master bedroom patio) is green from...what exactly, I don't know. Mildew, or mold I guess?? But, no one would want to actually sit on it. -Each closet had only one or two hangers. That's fine, if you tell your guests to bring their own ahead of time. We had to go out and buy some so that we could hang our clothes. -There were very few bath towels provided, so we had to do laundry every night. -The bath tub in the master doesn't drain well, so you're standing in 3 inches of dirty water while trying to shower. -The kitchen has so many mis-matched bowls and lids that it was a never ending search to find something to put leftovers in. Our positives: it's on the 8th floor and it has an amazing view. We loved the outdoor patio furniture (facing the gulf) and we ate all of our meals outside. Also, the check in/check out process was smooth. The cleaning ladies were still working when we tried to check in, but they were very friendly and got us in by 3:20. ***I'm really sorry to have to give such a negative review, but if you don't know what the problems are, you can't fix them.

Great apartment and location but terrible parking arrangement!

This place is great! Has awesome views, location is great and layout of apartment is great. My two complaint are that it is not the best equipped as far as kitchen stuff and the biggest hassle that they don't mention when you book is that it only has 1 parking spot allowed per unit, even for the 3 bedroom ones. We had to find places (shopping centers) to park the other two cars and always worried about being towed. This is not the best arrangement if you have 3 couples staying in a 3 bedroom condo.

Summer get away

Great if you want seclusion, this place is very quiet and relaxing for adults, not so much for teens. Parking is horrible if you have more than one vehicle. We enjoyed our stay but prefer more activities. Very peaceful, comfortable, SAFE, enjoyable and would recommend to others.

Enjoyed our stay, but the condo is a lot smaller than it appears in photos. Overall the condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Many problems with the condo that were not fixed as promised. Very rude customer service.

Very disappointed in lack of empathy and customer service from the moment we arrived and were unable to enter the condo to the air conditioning only working intermittently with the fan in the master bedroom not functional at all. The cockroaches were huge and we were told “it’s just that time of year ma’am”. Many promised returned phone calls and service calls that were delayed or never happened. We had a very unpleasant experience and will not be staying here again. I am not done dealing with this company - which yes, beware - you do not ever speak to the owner of the condo, but to a rental company with several different agents that do not know what was done/promised by the previous agent. Poor management. Terrible experience.

Very clean and well decorated.

My family had a wonderful spring break staying at Ocean Breeze West. The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Our condo was very clean and well decorated. Would recommend highly to any family !!!
