When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area. The Blues have posted their practice schedule, and you can catch a glimpse of them from the front porch!

Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, a four-minute drive, two miles from the newly opened Portside Pickle, 20 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola and the famous Blue Angels. Sit on the front porch and catch a glimpse of them as they practice, and hear the roar of the engines! We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Wedding at Supposey? You can walk to the venue! Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! (We do have a $65 pet fee for their stay.) Hungry? Walk to one of Pensacola's finest restaurants, Pearl and Horn. Looking for something more casual, walk to Jordan Valley Restaurant or Lost Pizza Co!

Inside, each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels are provided in season. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad!

Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do!
