NEW LISTING WITH NEW OWNER!

We have owned and managed gulf front property in Destin for over 20 years. We have enjoyed sharing our properties with our guests. Our guests have made priceless memories with their families and friends over the years, which they have shared many of those memories with us. Please look at our Destin property for how well our guests enjoyed their stay with us, VRBO #355152. We have recently relocated to the Pensacola area and were ready to invest in property on Pensacola Beach. We chose Portofino Island Resort due to the location, beautiful condos and the full suite of amenities offered.

We purchased this Sky Home in October 2019. The view upon opening the front door is why our condo is called a Sky Home. From the 18th floor, you will see unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico! This is the "first impression" that won us over on our purchase.

Portofino consists of 28 acres located on a pristine stretch of nature preserved land bordering both the Gulf of Mexico and the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. In addition, enjoy direct access to several miles of federally protected sugar white sand beaches, complete with the renowned emerald green and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On a daily basis our guests can enjoy the Gulf beach, Santa Rosa sound, and federally protected Gulf Island National Seashore Park ALL within walking distance!

The condo includes an open floor plan featuring spectacular Gulf views, allowing breathtaking views from every room! Beautifully furnished 1,333 square foot Sky Home with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. TVs and DVD players in each bedroom as well as in living area. The condo has all the luxuries of home. In addition, there are 2 RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the covered garage for our guests. Additional parking outside at the ground level is available.

Last but not least are ALL the amenities offered by Portofino Island Resort. Below is a list of what is offered:
-Each tower has a large outdoor pool with hot tub, umbrella tables, chairs and sunbathing lounges, in addition to restrooms,
-5 Rubico (clay) tennis courts,
-State of the art fitness gym located in the Lifestyle center,
-Indoor heated pool located in the Lifestyle center,
-2 Outdoor infinity pools with hot tubs outside the Lifestyle center where you can sit poolside and enjoy food and drink service right at your lounge chair,
-Full service Spa in Lifestyle center,
-Gift shop in Lifestyle center,
-Starbucks in Lifestyle center,
-Coastal restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and fine dinner dining in Lifestyle center,
-Portofino al Fresco is a casual outdoor restaurant in Lifestyle center,
-Cobalt poolside bar in Lifestyle center,
-Rental of bikes, scooters, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas all on the property,
-For additional fees, there are more adventures for families to enjoy, and
-Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and surrounding areas are close by to enjoy with your family and friends!

Wonderful Escape!

This place was perfection! We had the best time and the views were amazing! We appreciated the chairs and setup on the balcony as we sat there to eat breakfast every morning and to just chill and read. Loved hearing the waves and watching the surf with dolphins at 8am every morning. It had everything we needed and we loved the welcome snacks too! We hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Great Condo, Great View

We loved getting to stay at this condo! The entire place was comfortable and had everything we needed. We think it’s also one of the best views you can have since you can see both the beach and the bay. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Relaxation

Beautiful resort. Everything is as described. Phenomenal views from condo. Very comfortable everywhere in residence. Fitness center is clean, welcoming, and has a great view which conpletes it. Quiet and relaxing while we were there. No need to get out first thing in am for pool chairs. Enjoy that cup of coffee in am or glass of wine in pm siiting on balcony. Plenty of good restaurants down the street, but downtown Pensacola fun to visit too. Always love those walks on the beach. Great place!!

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean, Relaxing

We were in Pensacola for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfect. The views from the balcony were incredible. We saw dolphins multiple times & the night skies were stunning. We enjoyed the pools on site & many local restaurants.We rented a golf cart to explore the National Sea shore. Karen was quick to respond & very thoughtful.

Nice little get away.

This place was a great little getaway for the husband and I! Very well maintained and secure. Quiet and peaceful! The only drawback was that we arrived 30 minutes early and still were required to wait until exactly 4pm before we were allowed access to the room. With a 3 year old and 5 year old that had been in a car for 8 plus hours, it was a bit tense til we could get them settled! Other than that, it was a nice little get away for a birthday and anniversary weekend!

Perfect anniversary trip

The unit was perfect for our first wedding anniversary trip. The views are just breathtaking and you have to see it in person to truly appreciate. The condo was well appointed, spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Coffee, snacks and a welcome gift of a nice bottle of wine were included from the host. All these touches really impressed us. Communication with the host was clear and friendly. We hope to return next year

Birthday getaway

This was the best getaway we’ve had in a long time. Everything was perfect from the condo and resort to the weather. Karon was very friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Everyone at the Resort was very friendly and they had everything we needed onsite.

Perfection!

What a wonderful place to visit! We celebrated my husband's 40th. For February we were surprised with some warmer weather. Plenty of pools and hot tubs to choose from, everyone was very friendly. The restaurant onsite had fantastic food and drinks, and the Happy Hour specials we ate and filled up on easily. The sunsets, beach, and water were from a postcard. The condo was clean, quiet, well stocked. Karon went above and beyond, and we really appreciate her.

We stayed @ Portofino Tower 1….. the property was absolutely gorgeous…. Our property owner was awesome answering all our questions & would update us on any information they thought we would like. We will definitely stay at this condo again. THANKS for a fabulous vacation we so needed.

Beautiful views and lovely unit

This unit does not disappoint. Everything one could need is provided from the kitchen to the restrooms. The view is perfection. You are oceanfront but can also see the bay. The resort itself has everything one could want from restaurants to pools, activities, a spa. We love it here and our host was fantastic to work with.
